[DELIVERY] How long does it take to process my order, and when will it ship

Our standard order processing time is 3-7 business days. While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, end of year or promotional periods. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Orders are returned to us if delivery is attempted 3 times unsuccessfully. Reasons may include delivery address issues or damaged parcels in transit. Check your tracking link for details.

[RETURNS & REFUNDS] Why was my order cancelled?

The most common reason is billing address details not matching your bank's records. Ensure your billing address is correct when placing an order.

[RETURNS & REFUNDS] Missing items from my order?

Missing items may be out of stock or shipped in separate parcels. We'll inform you via email if an item is cancelled. Check your dispatch email for tracking references if your order has been split.

Return Policy

We are pleased to offer worldwide returns for most items. This policy does not apply to watch bands, watches and smartwatches which are non-refundable.

Return Process

Request a Refund: If you wish to return an item, please initiate a return request by contacting our logistics team at contact@football-empire.com. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and our return location address.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a full refund, all returned items must be in original condition, with their original packaging and labels intact.

Smartwatches cannot be returned. All smartwatches and watches on our website have gone through quality control and are fully functional.

The company will not refund any orders in the event the customer has not chosen the correct size. All of our items have a size guide with precise dimensions displayed on the website as guidance.

Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable standard shipping courier for your return.

Scenario A: Shipping Cost Under $30 USD/€: The company will cover the return shipping costs up to a maximum of $30 USD/€.

Scenario B: Shipping Cost Over $30 USD/€: The company will cover 60% of the return shipping costs, and the customer will be responsible for the remaining 40%. In this case, our team will initiate a partial refund to your Paypal account to assist you with the remaining balance required to cover the shipping cost.

Return Shipment Confirmation: Once you have shipped your return, please email us a copy of the shipping receipt and the tracking number.

Important Notes

We cannot process exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for covering any return shipping costs that exceed the aforementioned limits.

[RETURNS & REFUNDS] My order was cancelled, but I still see a charge.

When placing an order, your bank authorises the full amount. This is a hold, not an actual charge. We automatically request that your bank release the authorization upon order cancellation. This process can take up to 5 business days.

[ORDER ISSUES] Part of my order is missing?

We may ship multiple items in separate packages with individual tracking numbers. Check your emails for confirmation of separate deliveries.

We offer both "Player Version" and "Fans Version" products.

  • Player Versions are authentic items.
  • Fans Versions are inspired by the originals, offering a similar look and feel at a more accessible price point.

All product descriptions clearly state whether they are Player or Fans Version.
